By using the SkillMotiv platform or submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree not to misuse, copy, or repurpose any content, data, or features for malicious, harmful, or competitive purposes. This includes but is not limited to replicating platform functionality, soliciting users, or extracting data for a competing business. SkillMotiv reserves the right to suspend or deny access to anyone violating these terms.
Early Adopter Terms
Early adopter pricing is available to the first 50 subscribers who commit to a minimum of three (3) months of service. Pricing details will be confirmed at the time of subscription. SkillMotiv reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time. Submitting your interest does not guarantee participation or availability. If SkillMotiv decides not to launch the product or service, we are not obligated to compensate, refund, or offer alternatives to individuals on the early adopter interest list.
No Obligation Disclaimer
Submitting your name or contact information to our early adopter interest list does not create any contractual obligation on either party. SkillMotiv is under no obligation to offer the product or service, and inclusion on the list does not guarantee access, priority, or pricing benefits.
User Submissions
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted to SkillMotiv voluntarily may be used by SkillMotiv without obligation, compensation, or attribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data Privacy Statement
SkillMotiv values your privacy and recognizes the sensitivity of personally identifiable information (PII). Any data you submit is used solely for communication about our services, offerings, and updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
However, SkillMotiv partners with trusted third-party technology vendors to deliver certain features and services (e.g., payment processing, email communications, data storage, transcription, and analytics). While we strive to work only with reputable vendors who maintain strong privacy and security standards, we cannot guarantee the practices of these third parties once data is transmitted, processed, or stored outside of our core platform. By using SkillMotiv, you acknowledge and accept that some of your data may be handled by third-party services, and SkillMotiv is not liable for any data privacy or security breaches that occur within those third-party environments.
